utazni
Utazni is a new blog from Mark & Laura Newell. Mark & Laura just moved to Budapest, Hungary. They have a tremendous passion for God & people. So far, the blog is looking really good and informative; I'm excited to be able to keep up with their journey, check them out and enjoy!
Wikipedia defines Christianity as "Christianity is a monotheistic religion that recognizes Jesus Christ as its central figure, Lord and Messiah." Of this is what I would have to disagree with McManus. Although I must say, I have read or will have read all of his books in the next few weeks. I know that he is Anti-Christian, in the sense of the evil and hypocrisy we have had in the church. I would love to agree, but we all have some sense of being evil and a hypocrite. The only issue I have with McManus is that he can sometimes be so exclusive. I love his passion, but sometimes I think he does seem as though he would just as soon kill off some Christians then help them to see that we are all in this together, working towards being more like Christ.
It’s hard to describe one self, but I will try. I’m a minister/business guy. I’ve failed more than succeeded. I have a great family, which includes a lovely wife and two wild little girls. I spend most of my time on my iBook. I love life, pure & simple. The good, the bad & the ugly. I have WAY more questions than answers, so rarely do I sleep at night. So, in the meantime I will get searching for the answers to my many questions and enjoy the journey along the way. Peace & Love!
